Free pilot · The Allocation Read

See which products your ad budget should actually be behind.

Give me 60–90 days of your product, ad, and margin data and I'll show you — product by product — where your spend should move toward and away from, on true contribution margin and repeat purchase value, not platform-reported ROAS. You keep the report either way.

The problem

Your best-seller is not always your best ad investment.

Ad platforms report revenue and ROAS. They don't know your landed COGS, returns, fulfillment, or fees — so the product that looks like your strongest ad investment is often one of your worst on true profit, while a thin-looking product your customers reorder is quietly your best. Budget drifts to the wrong SKUs because the numbers deciding it are the wrong numbers.

What you get

One clear call per product — with the reasoning shown.

Scale

Fix returns first
Reduce

A per-SKU allocation report

Every product gets one call, backed by its true margin, scaling window, and repeat value — so you can see exactly why, not just what.

A live walkthrough

45–60 minutes together, focused on the few calls that are non-obvious — the ones quietly costing or making you money.

The report to keep

Yours whatever you decide. No lock-in, no obligation, no pitch you didn't ask for.

Optional check-in

A 30–60 day follow-up to see whether the calls actually moved your contribution margin.

How it works

About a week, mostly on me.

You share the data

A simple sheet — and I'll help you assemble it, including the per-product margin most brands don't have clean yet.

I build & run it

I assemble your true per-product margin, run it through BOOLIC, and sanity-check every call myself before you see it.

We walk the calls

We meet, go through the report, and focus on where your budget should move first.

Quick guide

How to use your Allocation Read.

Start with the outliers

Open the report and look at the Reduce, Pause, and Scale calls first — that's where budget is being wasted or starved right now.

Read the why, not just the what

Every call shows its drivers — true margin, scaling window, repeat value. Check the reasoning before you act, and overrule it where you know something the data doesn't.

Move budget on one or two calls

You don't have to act on everything. Pick the one or two clearest calls, shift spend toward or away, and leave the rest for next time.

Check back in 30–60 days

Note what you changed. At the optional follow-up we look at whether your contribution margin actually moved — the only proof that counts.

What I'll need from you

Per product, for two periods.

Your last period, and the period immediately before it — e.g. the last 60 days vs the 60 days before that.
Revenue, units, and customers/orders
Landed COGS
Returns (cost)
Fulfillment cost
Payment / platform fees
Ad spend by product
Repeat orders — avg per customer (~12 mo)
Same revenue / spend for the prior period
Ad creative metrics — hook rate, CTR, frequency (optional)

I'll send a template with exactly these columns. Your data is used only to produce your read — nothing is shared, and nothing is published without your say-so.

The honest part

BOOLIC is in early pilots. I'm doing these reads personally, for a small number of brands, free — because I'm proving the calls in the real world.

In return I'd value your candid reaction, and if the read is genuinely useful, a sentence I can quote. That's the whole deal.

Who it's for: founder-led DTC brands (and lean in-house teams) that own their products, carry roughly 15–150 SKUs, and actively spend on Meta / Google / TikTok.

Want to see where your budget should move?

Send me a note and I'll get you set up with the data template. One product at a time, one clear call — and the report is yours either way.
